Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 5+ years in a global leadership role, deep technical expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, and demonstrated experience leading technical teams. They should also have experience developing and executing multi-year IAM strategies in a global enterprise environment, along with experience with IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Identity and Access Management will guide and evolve the IAM strategy to align with business and cybersecurity goals, proactively address IAM needs and risks, transform the IAM operating model by engaging cross-functional partners, and lead and develop a high-achieving IGA & PAM team. They will oversee the design, implementation, and operation of scalable IGA and PAM solutions, ensuring strong identity lifecycle management, establishing and tracking IAM performance metrics, and integrating automation and AI into IAM operations to improve workflows and enhance incident response efficiency.
