  • Executive presence and ability to represent the organization in strategic forums and Steering Committee meetings

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute enterprise Finance & HR technology strategy, including product roadmaps, alignment with corporate objectives, transformation priorities, budgeting, portfolio creation, and long-term planning (LRP)
  • Provide strategic leadership for product development, directing design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products, and building business cases for investments
  • Lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams (functional analysts, engineers, SRE, quality engineering, product managers) to deliver end-to-end software management
  • Cultivate executive and business partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions
  • Drive vendor and ecosystem management, establishing strategic partnerships with external providers to accelerate delivery, reduce costs, and extend capabilities
  • Act as product portfolio evangelist, communicating value, gathering feedback, and strengthening adoption with business partners
  • Prepare and drive Steering Committee meetings with Sysco executives to align direction, progress, and priorities
  • Shape product vision and roadmap for Finance and HR solutions (3rd party and internally developed)
  • Lead discovery, design, experimentation, and enable agile delivery practices across teams
  • Leverage data-driven decision making, applying analytics and experimentation to guide strategy
