Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead Freshworks' most important strategic initiatives, tackling enterprise-level problems that shape long-term direction
Serve as a senior thought partner to the VP of Strategy and Executive Leadership Team, influencing decisions at the CEO/CFO level
Lead, scale, and develop a high-performing team of strategy talent, including ex-consultants, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and operational excellence
Partner across geographies—including India Strategy teams and global functional leaders—to ensure alignment, clarity, and impact
Develop board-level, investor-facing, and executive strategy materials that articulate Freshworks' narrative
Drive market, competitive, and financial analysis, including scenario modeling, investment evaluations, and business case development
Translate strategy into execution by scoping initiatives, defining milestones, and ensuring outcomes are delivered
