  • Skills in policy development, process design, operational excellence, and change management
  • Expertise in enhancing sales experience through simplifying touchpoints, creating clear engagement channels, and defined ownership
  • Ability to serve as a dedicated Commercial Operations partner to Sales leadership, driving accountability, responsiveness, and deal facilitation
  • Proficiency in implementing integrated deal review processes for improved forecasting accuracy, planning, and visibility
  • Knowledge to increase Quote-to-Cash accountability, deal accuracy, and execution speed while reducing friction

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Deal Enablement and Quoting Functions aligned to a specific Sales end market: oversee quoting operations, ensure accuracy per Sales and Customer requirements and compliance with pricing and revenue recognition standards, define and monitor quoting SLAs, drive improvements to quote accuracy and approval workflows
  • Drive the End-to-End Quote to Cash Lifecycle: lead teams responsible for quoting, contract management, billing, collections, and case resolution, ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency, maintain ownership of core operational metrics (quoting SLA adherence, billing accuracy rate, cash collection targets, DSO, customer case SLA compliance)
  • Enhance Deal Quality and Negotiation Outcomes: provide strategic oversight of deal negotiation and structuring to align commercial terms with financial goals and risk policies, partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Recognition leadership
