Requirements

4-8+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or operations-focused companies
Ability to write about technical topics in an accessible and entertaining way
Understanding of the consumer brand/DTC/retail ecosystem and operational challenges
Experience with writing long-form educational content and punchy social copy
Portfolio that showcases range of content types (thought leadership, educational content, social posts)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with designers, social managers, and leadership
Data-driven approach to analyzing content performance and iterating accordingly

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content calendar focused on core pillars (EDI, purchase orders, inventory management, omnichannel operations, and scaling consumer brands)
Create 2x the volume and 2x the quality of current content output and expand content to new platforms (Twitter, Threads, IG/TikTok)
Write and edit compelling copy for multiple formats (LinkedIn thought leadership posts, Substack newsletters, podcast show notes, webinar content, and educational resources)
Coordinate with CEO & Founder and VP of Strategy on content strategy and ensure alignment with their vision
Develop content series like digital AMAs and educational webinars
Work with paid media team to identify high-performing organic content for paid amplification
Create various types of content (educational thought leadership, webinar content, Substack newsletters, podcast show notes, digital AMAs, case studies, and educational resources)
