Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with a strong understanding of security principles and practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Terraform is necessary, as well as experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Aliyun. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI is also essential.
The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will implement security measures by integrating security tools and best practices into the CI/CD pipeline, including static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing. They will build and maintain infrastructure by provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Developing automation scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline the development and deployment process is a key duty. The engineer will participate in on-call rotation for incident response, investigating and resolving security incidents swiftly and effectively, while also providing ongoing education to promote best practices across teams.
