IAM Security Engineer

Candidates should possess experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for a SaaS or cloud service provider, with experience in cloud infrastructure environments, ideally AWS or Azure. They should also have experience with SIRP, SIEM, and IDS/IPS/WAF solutions, along with experience securing containerized applications, release automation (Jenkins, etc), system administration, system configuration, and system debugging. Strong scripting language skills (Ruby, Python, etc), configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, etc), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and command execution frameworks are required, alongside a strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques. Finally, candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal and teaming skills, including the ability to set and enforce process and influence engineers who are not direct reports, and the ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will proactively work with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments to build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS application platform to meet established SLAs. You will automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response, monitor site stability and performance, troubleshoot site issues, scale infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand, manage cross-functional requirements, collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production, develop and improve operational practices and procedures, and proactively meet standards for information security and compliance, such as ISO, SOX, SSAE 16, etc. You will also work with a global team of leaders and engineers located in the US, Canada, and India.
