Requirements

5–9 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure design
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline)
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus)
Experience with version control systems like Git and Bitbucket
Understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and cloud governance
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification (preferred)
Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments (preferred)
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices (preferred)
Familiarity with serverless architectures (preferred)

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
Monitor system performance and availability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
Implement security best practices including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption standards
Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and troubleshoot environment issues
Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
Perform cost optimization and resource utilization analysis across AWS services
Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation
