Requirements

Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining fully codified AWS environments using Terraform with zero manual changes
Ability to architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, IAM)
Experience driving multi-account architecture, VPC design, and environment standardization
Skills in containerizing applications and ensuring production-grade deployments in AWS
Proficiency in building migration playbooks, rollout strategies, and safe cutover processes
Knowledge of modernizing CI/CD pipelines for container-based builds and deployments
Capability to implement self-service deployment workflows with automated rollback
Experience establishing pipeline templates, shared build images, and guardrails for engineering teams
Ownership of Terraform modules, standards, and tooling for reproducible, auditable infrastructure
Expertise in enforcing best practices for versioning, module reuse, secrets management, and CI-driven Terraform plans/apply
Ability to create automated checks to eliminate drift and prevent manual changes
Partnership with SRE to deliver end-to-end observability (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, SLOs)
Skills in standardizing instrumentation across services and environments
Experience improving system reliability, alert quality, and on-call readiness
Ability to build and improve internal platform tooling for local development, testing, and deployments

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain a fully codified AWS environment using Terraform with zero manual changes
