Responsibilities

Leads technical projects for Brand Innovation, designing and executing scientific work with minimal support, and developing research plans aligned with project goals
Ensures strict compliance with all quality, safety, GMP, and good scientific practices, while maintaining precise documentation
Contributes to quality systems by authoring and supporting SOPs, development reports, and audit processes
Collaborates with external partners to drive innovation, identify packaging improvements, and monitor competitor activities
Provides technical expertise in selecting and validating packaging systems, focusing on inclusive design, consumer satisfaction, sustainability, and feasibility
Champions sustainable and smart packaging trends to enhance efficiency and elevate the user experience
Continuously develops knowledge in packaging innovation to implement advanced and effective solutions
