Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team, document code, and ensure adherence to established software product engineering practices
  • Work under moderate supervision with access to assistance for non-standard assignments
  • Acquire solid knowledge and develop specialized skills
  • Establish individual priorities when supporting projects and/or processes
  • Perform other assigned job-related duties aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and values
  • Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages or tools
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and conduct peer reviews of code changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to define, design, and ship new features
