Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, or significant relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering Field (preferred)
3+ years of relevant and practical experience
Proficient in programming (multiple languages or software tools)
Knowledge of design patterns in multiple front-end and back-end frameworks
Proficient in Data Engineering

Responsibilities

Deliver high-complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team, document code, and ensure adherence to established software product engineering practices
Work under moderate supervision with access to assistance for non-standard assignments
Acquire solid knowledge and develop specialized skills
Establish individual priorities when supporting projects and/or processes
Perform other assigned job-related duties aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and values
Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages or tools
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes
Perform unit testing and integration testing
Maintain and improve existing codebases and conduct peer reviews of code changes
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to define, design, and ship new features
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Write and maintain technical documentation describing program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections
