Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in design management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Demonstrated expertise in both static and motion graphics design, utilizing tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Blender is required. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt and localize content for diverse markets. Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Pencil Pro, is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Design Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of designers to create high-quality content for global brands, ensuring creative excellence across various touchpoints. You will guide designers in adapting and localizing content for different markets, overseeing the production of both static and motion design assets. You will conduct project reviews, organise weekly design huddles, collaborate with the Creative and Experience Network, and utilize AI tools to refine workflows and optimize the adaptation process. Furthermore, you will stay current with design trends and technologies, contribute design work, and ensure designs are compatible with platforms, especially social media and digital touchpoints.
