Responsibilities

As a Senior Design Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster collaboration and creativity. You will oversee the production of static and motion design assets for various digital channels, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client expectations. Additionally, you will participate in project reviews, organize weekly design huddles, collaborate with the Creative and Experience Network, and utilize AI tools like Pencil Pro to refine workflows and improve adaptation processes. Finally, you will ensure designs are compatible with different platforms and provide constructive feedback to the team while staying aligned with client needs and design trends.
