Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement complex development projects, including quality improvement initiatives
  • Set strategies for cross-functional teams and drive compliant, efficient solutions to complex problems
  • Execute holistic and strategic Design Verification/Validation strategies, emphasizing technical analysis of requirements, specifications, and control strategies
  • Ensure efficient, cost-effective validation and verification execution, alignment of design outputs to production and process controls, and proper verification techniques (inspection, demonstration, test, etc.)
  • Lead design characterization activities for development projects
  • Influence design and verification decisions using applied statistics
  • Support design test and inspection method development, and lead method validation activities
  • Ensure Design History File (DHF) content integrity, completeness, and compliance with regulations/standards; communicate and resolve gaps collaboratively
  • Support internal and external audit responses and on-time product re-certifications
  • Support establishment of objective, measurable, discrete, and verifiable customer and product requirements
