Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field such as data science, computer science, statistics, or economics, or equivalent industry experience. They must have 2-4 years of experience as a data scientist supporting product development, demonstrating expertise in SQL and proficiency in either R or Python for data analysis, and a proven track record of successfully developing and launching ML models with quantifiable business impact.
The Senior Data Scientist will improve client and provider experience by building machine learning models to solve business problems such as provider-client matching and LTV prediction, design and execute A/B testing experiments to measure model performance and validate product hypotheses, define metrics and create dashboards to measure product performance, generate insights through deep-dive analysis to inform strategy and prioritization, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to define the product roadmap, and identify opportunities and initiate new data science projects that drive company OKRs.
