Proficient in launching, running, optimising, and landing experiments from end to end
7+ years of experience working with statistical packages (e.g., Python, SQL)
Fluent in speaking and writing both Chinese-Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

Provide data products (e.g., raw data, campaign facts, and growth insights) to help customers improve campaign performance and maximize business goals
Develop, maintain, and improve global experiment process to scale standard and bespoke experiments with customers
Perform data gathering, analysis, and effective communication of presentations and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders
Create custom visual displays of quantitative information through writing queries, scripts, and developing automated reports and dashboards
Verify data from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to ensure accurate engagement data for campaign models
Engage in the campaign life cycle, from monitoring daily performance to partnering with sales teams on bespoke analysis for clients
Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve products and services, focusing on client growth
