Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will conduct deep-dive analyses using advanced statistical methods on user behavior, product performance, and business outcomes to surface actionable insights. They will enhance and extend Decagon’s data models, metrics, and dashboards, and design, implement, and analyze controlled A/B test experiments. This role involves collaborating with Product and Engineering to embed experimentation and measurement best practices, building and improving Decagon’s data stack, and communicating findings clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making. The Senior Data Scientist will also be the primary driver of experimentation culture at Decagon.
