Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL development (total experience 7–9 years)
  • Proven expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, Denodo, and Control-M
  • Strong track record of leading teams, solution design, and project delivery
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in data processes and frameworks
  • Fulltime employee only without sponsorship
  • Primary skills: ETL Fundamentals, SQL (Basic + Advanced), Python, Data Warehousing, Modern Data Platform Fundamentals, Data Modelling Fundamentals, PLSQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, ETL Specialization with SSIS, Denodo, SQL Server, and Oracle

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end data engineering lifecycle, from data ingestion to transformation and delivery
  • Architect and oversee ETL frameworks leveraging SSIS, Denodo, SQL Server, and Oracle
  • Manage and optimize Control-M job orchestration for large-scale enterprise data pipelines
  • Establish data engineering standards, governance, and best practices for the team
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers and Sr. Data Engineers
  • Drive performance optimization, automation, and innovation within the data engineering function
  • Support strategic decision-making by ensuring reliable, high-quality data delivery
