Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL development (total experience 7–9 years)
Proven expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, Denodo, and Control-M
Strong track record of leading teams, solution design, and project delivery
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive continuous improvement in data processes and frameworks
Fulltime employee only without sponsorship
Primary skills: ETL Fundamentals, SQL (Basic + Advanced), Python, Data Warehousing, Modern Data Platform Fundamentals, Data Modelling Fundamentals, PLSQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, ETL Specialization with SSIS, Denodo, SQL Server, and Oracle

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end data engineering lifecycle, from data ingestion to transformation and delivery
Architect and oversee ETL frameworks leveraging SSIS, Denodo, SQL Server, and Oracle
Manage and optimize Control-M job orchestration for large-scale enterprise data pipelines
Establish data engineering standards, governance, and best practices for the team
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers and Sr. Data Engineers
Drive performance optimization, automation, and innovation within the data engineering function
Support strategic decision-making by ensuring reliable, high-quality data delivery
