Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics
Fluent in SQL and comfortable transforming and combining data
Ability to understand stakeholders’ real needs and deliver insights, dashboards, and data products that are highly usable and maintainable
Ability to take big, ambiguous projects, break them down, and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Understanding that documentation and enablement are critical for scaling knowledge and avoiding bottlenecks
Enjoy solving new problems and learning new skills
Enjoy teaching others and can break down complex topics and explain them to anyone
Approach work like a product manager, prioritizing effectively and communicating priorities to stakeholders

Responsibilities

Become the go-to expert on how our business and products are performing
Partner with leaders across the organization to define and build data infrastructure that enables data-driven decisions
Build dashboards and resources that are easy to use and maintain
Ensure the right questions are being asked and the right decisions are being made
Track and analyze key metrics to identify trends and insights
