Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of work experience in data analysis or data quality roles, demonstrating strong technical skills in data analysis with proficiency in SQL and Python. They should have experience in data storage and processing on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with robust problem-solving skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience writing process documentation and data collection guidelines is also required, and a university degree in medicine or life sciences is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, the individual will implement a data governance framework, establish and maintain robust processes for tracking and assessing data quality, develop automated checks to proactively detect data inconsistencies, and apply statistical techniques to enhance data quality. They will create customized reports and dashboards, extract data from databases, identify and resolve root causes of quality issues, and collaborate in cross-functional teams of product managers, engineering, and operations. Furthermore, they will contribute to creating and maintaining documentation, including data governance policies and best practices.
