Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or data science, preferably within a high-growth consumer fintech or investing platform. Expertise in SQL for data transformation, querying, and optimization is essential, along with familiarity with Python or another scripting language for data analysis and automation. A strong understanding of modern data architecture, including data lakes/warehouses and tools like dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, Fivetran, Looker, or Hightouch, is required. The role also demands strong business acumen, a focus on impact, excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using AI/LLM tools for analytics workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer will build scalable data models to support company-wide analytics and reporting. They will partner with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, finance, and brokerage to uncover insights and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include developing clear reporting and dashboards for performance visibility, conducting in-depth analyses of feature usage and business performance, and designing, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests and experiments. The role also involves owning key data pipelines, contributing to the data analytics stack architecture, and exploring/implementing AI and LLM use cases to enhance data access and insight generation.
