The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, adept at cross-functional collaboration, and embraces change. Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will empower data-driven decision-making across Cribl by scaling the business intelligence product and democratizing data usage. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver end-to-end data solutions, gathering and translating business needs into key metrics, and analyzing and reporting findings to stakeholders. The role involves maintaining, developing, and automating reporting needs, managing datasets in the data warehouse, creating data transformations, and making data available in the BI tool. Additionally, the analyst will empower employees to self-service their data needs by developing and scaling the centralized BI tool.
