Requirements

Studies related to Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or similar
At least 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field
Deep experience in the tasks previously mentioned (leading translation of user stories into technical requirements, working as product owner for identity provider system, supporting stakeholders, supporting development squads, facilitating dependencies, supporting acceptance tests, updating teams on changes, approving release plans, analyzing/reporting delivery/progress/risks/opportunities, managing technical debt)
Advanced level of English (Spanish is a plus)
Experience working with cloud environments

Responsibilities

Lead the translation of user stories into detailed technical requirements and technical tasks to feed developer squad teams, providing a systems perspective and identifying impacts and dependencies. Ensure applicable definition of ready/definition of done requirements are documented
Work as a product owner for an identity provider system
Support stakeholders to prioritize user stories, technical items, defects from L0/L1/L2 IT Operations, and L3 support tickets based on criticality and customer impact
Support development squad teams to rebalance effort between user story development and defect/ticket resolution on a daily basis
Facilitate critical dependencies management within the IT product and across products
Support the development and execution of acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria, coordinating all test activities and ensuring stories meet criteria
Continuously update the delivery team on business changes, in coordination with Business Product Owners and peer Technical Product Owners
Approve the final release plan in accordance with agreed priorities and dependencies, in collaboration with the Release Manager
Analyze and report delivery, progress, risks, and opportunities
Ensure technical debt is properly managed, with support from SW Architecture leads
Lead and own the development and performance of a specific IT product throughout its lifecycle: analysis, monitoring, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Direct development squad teams, support creation of user stories with business product owner peers, coordinate testing activities, and approve release plans
Ensure compliance and adherence to optimum technical quality and performance standards within managed IT products
