Requirements

  • BS or equivalent experience and hold at least one recognized industry security certification (e.g., CISSP, GCED, CCIE–Security, cloud vendor security certifications)
  • 12+ years of industry experience
  • Intimate knowledge of enterprise security technologies, architecture principles, and industry security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS) required to secure sophisticated environments
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise and domain security architectures and strategy
  • Deep knowledge of system, application, and infrastructure (network, cloud) security architecture
  • Experience with industry threat modeling frameworks and solutions
  • Expertise in network security, including Zero Trust architectures, vulnerability assessment, encryption standards, and secure data handling
  • Proficient in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and modern security technologies like SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and ensure security measures

Responsibilities

  • Actively shape NVIDIA’s enterprise security architecture, aligning with business objectives, enterprise strategies, and the evolving cyber threat landscape
  • Support the design and maintenance of comprehensive security architectures for key security capabilities (e.g., Cloud Security, Network Security, Identity and Access, Endpoint, Logging and Monitoring)
  • Provide technical leadership and security expertise to IT and business teams in designing and implementing secure and resilient solutions according to policy, standards, industry best practices, and SDLC processes
  • Partner with the business to identify potential security risks and guide teams to implement appropriate controls through comprehensive security architecture and threat modeling reviews
  • Develop and socialize security architecture standards and patterns based on business demands
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the development, review, and implementation of global security policies and standards
  • Support forums and committees with management teams to communicate security strategies across all business units, influencing decision-making processes by interacting with executive leadership
