Responsibilities

The Customer Success Technical Architect will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring their success, retention, and expansion by providing technical guidance on the Confluent product suite. This role involves advising customers on architectures, patterns, and strategies for operating and maturing their Confluent subscription, guiding them on achieving business goals through their Confluent investment, and partnering with internal teams to accelerate time to value and maximize product consumption. Responsibilities include championing the customer internally, identifying and addressing technical objections, proactively supporting customers through technical lifecycle activities like architecture planning and security design, guiding customers on advanced technical topics, presenting periodic customer reviews, documenting and transferring knowledge, influencing the product roadmap, and assisting with customer issues.
