Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions, customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering, and a foundational understanding of two or more technologies including Cloud Services Architectures & Solutions, Web-based Security, Networking, and Infrastructure Solutions. A background in Internet and Security technologies, including SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, and a background in network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will own a book of customers, acting as their advocate and champion while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient customer deployments. They will conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business objectives and identify opportunities for expansion, working closely with the Sales team to drive growth.
