Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, be a trusted product advisor aligning Vercel solutions with customer business strategy, drive incremental value by leading customers through training and adoption, continuously deliver positive business outcomes, enable customers to develop, preview, and ship their web properties, leverage account tiering to prioritize the portfolio, maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, facilitate executive business reviews, build and maintain account plans, act as the Voice of the Customer, and partner with the Sales team to identify expansion opportunities.
