Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success. Additional degrees are beneficial, and strong experience in the technology field is expected.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will evaluate customer interactions to gather feedback for product and service improvements, partner with sales management to align on objectives and achieve customer goals, drive thought leadership and contribute to internal and external methodologies, engage with customers and the organization at various levels, and implement continuous improvement programs based on customer insights.
