A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS is preferred, along with experience managing construction projects. The ability to work cross-functionally, present effectively, and analyze data is also required. Candidates must be based in British Columbia.
The Senior Customer Success Engineer will drive customer success for General Contractor, Specialty Contractor, and Owner clients in Canada, acting as a product champion and subject matter expert. Responsibilities include making data-driven recommendations for Procore value optimization, crafting presentations to accelerate platform adoption, and providing product roadmap updates. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, coordinating technical resources, serving as a technical account manager with high responsiveness, and fostering a positive team culture through support and collaboration. Mastery of Procore's products, professional services, and industry best practices is expected, with up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.
