Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Engineer will drive customer success for General Contractor, Specialty Contractor, and Owner clients in Canada, acting as a product champion and subject matter expert. Responsibilities include making data-driven recommendations for Procore value optimization, crafting presentations to accelerate platform adoption, and providing product roadmap updates. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, coordinating technical resources, serving as a technical account manager with high responsiveness, and fostering a positive team culture through support and collaboration. Mastery of Procore's products, professional services, and industry best practices is expected, with up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.
