Requirements

Responsibilities

Betreuung und Vertretung eines zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiets
Auftragsabwicklung / Pflege der Stammdaten im Auftragsabwicklungssystem nach Bedarf
Berichterstattung und Untersuchung bei Problemen und Störungen, die sich auf die Kundenbeziehung oder die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams oder anderer Abteilungen auswirken könnten
Identifizierung verbesserungsbedürftiger Prozesse, Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien zur Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse und Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung (Prozessanalyse, Testphase und Go-Live-Support) neuer oder sich ändernder Prozesse
Backorder-Management gemäß dem mit dem Vorgesetzten vereinbarten Prozess
Erstellung der erforderlichen Rechnungsberichte und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Retouren in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lager und der Frachtabteilung / zeitnahe Ausstellung von Rechnungskorrekturen
Telefonischer Support für Kunden/Patienten, die mit Vantive-Produkten dialysiert werden
Zeitnahe und genaue Auftragserfassung und -verfolgung (telefonisch und schriftlich)
Professionelle Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
Proaktives Handeln und Kommunikation mit Kunden hinsichtlich potenzieller Lieferprobleme und Dienstleistungen
Verständnis und aktive Mitwirkung am integrierten Logistikmodell, d.h. einem konsistenten Informationsfluss innerhalb der Warenlogistik, auch über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
Arbeitsabläufe im Rahmen der SOX-Vorschriften, Standardarbeitsanweisungen, Verfahrensanweisungen und Genehmigungsprozesse
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienstteam und allen internen Abteilungen
