Position Overview

Deel is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a key client-facing representative. In this dynamic role, you will be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable, long-term success with Deel. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues during the onboarding phase. Simultaneously, you will act as an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel. You will facilitate on-time onboarding through effective project management of all stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities

  • Helping customers from low and medium-touch journeys through onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assisting teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and Deel products.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities to drive more complex projects.
  • Driving process and product improvements to impact wider teams.
  • Setting up customers for success in a timely manner by becoming an expert in Deel products.
  • Problem-solving client issues and proactively advocating for client success.
  • Partnering with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
