Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience as a Senior Counsel, Employment and serve as the primary advisor on all aspects of employment law. A strong understanding of employment-related legal matters that align with company culture and global business objectives is required. Experience in policy and process development, employee relations issues, investigations, and compliance is also necessary.
The Senior Counsel, Employment will serve as the first point of contact for Ironclad’s People Team to develop and deliver creative solutions to complex employment issues that align with the company’s strategic goals and values. In partnership with the People Team, this role will establish enterprise policies and scalable processes that will govern the legal aspects of the employment life cycle, including recruitment, compensation matters, reorganizations, leave management and administration, and policy development.
