Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer with proficiency in a common programming language. Experience participating in sales calls, discussing solutions with prospects and clients, and working with Generative AI solutions like ChatGPT and Claude is required. The role also necessitates experience working remotely with global teams, fluent and concise English communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to operate independently under strict deadlines. Preferred qualifications include experience conducting technical interviews, project/product/program management, and experience in a high-growth startup environment. Professional working experience with agentic AI solutions for software development is a plus. Candidates must reside in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune, India, and be authorized to work in India.

Responsibilities

The Senior Content Solutions Engineer will develop high-quality technical interview questions for Karat’s technical content library, focusing on modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across various engineering roles. They will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with Sales and Client teams to present Karat’s content capabilities to prospects and clients, including potential onsite visits within India. Responsibilities also include working with the Deployment team to optimize interview format configurations for key clients, reviewing and iterating on interview guidelines for fairness and consistency, especially with AI usage, and collaborating with the Delivery team to enhance interview engineer onboarding.
