Requirements

3-10 years of relevant work experience
Experience from working with finance transformation projects such as system implementations, SSC implementations, target operating model, organizational design or post-merger integration
Experience from management consulting is preferable
A deep understanding in finance-related processes and a genuine interest for new technologies and how they can be applied and create value for finance
Experience in managing parts or entire projects, leading the work of others as well as your own
Experience from financial services industry is beneficial
Strong analytical skills and an ambition to find the best solution as well as an ability to communicate and build relationships with different stakeholders
Strong inner drive and a genuine interest to develop both yourself and others
Excellent written and verbal ability in English. Swedish is considered a plus

Responsibilities

Work with clients to drive innovation and transformation within their finance organizations
Develop target operating models
Implement systems and processes
Set up Shared Service Center strategies
Drive cost optimization
Support large-scale transformation initiatives
Work with digital transformations of the finance function in large companies and organizations
Support the client in handling complex questions, often in connection to technology
Projects can include the whole journey from defining a strategy to the final implementation
