Responsibilities

Lead customer in process discovery workshops to align on best practices and drive to solutions
Partner with customers to ensure they are leveraging the full capabilities of Veeva CRM solutions
Develop and leverage expertise in the Veeva Vault platform
Plan, Manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities
Identify and monitor interdependencies between program/project workstreams
Create project deliverables and standards
Plan and establish after go-live activities including ongoing support and application changes
Mentor and develop junior team members
