Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building are required, along with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The Senior Construction Manager will manage end-to-end construction projects for tenant improvement within data centers, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. They will act as the primary point of contact for tenants to understand their improvement requests and ensure alignment with operational and design standards. The role involves close collaboration with tenants, contractors, engineers, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and lease agreements must be ensured. The manager will proactively identify and address potential scope changes, risks, or challenges, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Travel may be required up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites.
