  • Ability to evaluate client requirements against FHB platform functionality and provide configuration design solutions
  • In depth knowledge of configuration solutions to support the implementation lifecycle, conversion, and testing phases

  • Strong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within a team structure comprised of several work streams
  • Competence in application/technology experience such as PLSQL, SQL, MS Access; ability to understand, write and process complex SQL queries

  • Ability to assess gaps between offering and client needs to recommend solutions
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Flexible, multitasking and able to work with various members of the team on multiple projects or initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Project Manager to understand the goals of each implementation and migration project
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions
  • Identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design
  • Build test scenarios for Unit and Regression Testing
  • Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations
  • Provide support for new client implementations and migration of existing clients on the HOBS platform to Fidelity’s Health Benefits (FHB) platform
  • Work with the Project Manager and colleagues from various Health and Welfare workstreams to execute high quality, new client implementations and migrations on the FHB platform
  • Model Fidelity leadership principles to sustain an innovative culture and build a positive environment for the team
