Requirements

  • Experience in compliance leadership and strategic advice, particularly in Turkey and sanctioned/restricted countries
  • Knowledge of GE HealthCare's policies and procedures for regulating Independent Third Parties (ITPs)
  • Ability to cooperate with functional teams, legal counsel, and business leadership
  • Skills in identifying, assessing, and developing action plans for ITP risks
  • Capability to manage portfolios, conduct risk analysis, oversee mitigation plans, and handle approval workflows
  • Proficiency in preparing documentation for IRB, CRB, audits, and expense approvals
  • Experience in developing and delivering compliance training
  • Ability to work with Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams on distribution agreements
  • Strong cross-functional partnering and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of applicable laws, company Code of Ethics, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Independent Third-Parties portfolio, ensuring timely onboarding, renewals, training, and reporting
  • Monitor regulatory and enforcement landscape for ITP risks and take timely actions
  • Partner with business leadership to assess indirect go-to-market strategies and compliance risks (dealers, distributors, sales agents)
  • Provide summary reports on high-risk external relationships and participate in business-level reviews
  • Maintain updates with the Compliance Leader for accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Conduct risk analysis, manage mitigation plans, and oversee approval workflows
  • Prepare documentation for IRB, CRB report outs, and audit requests
  • Own review and approval of ITP-related expenses (e.g., Purchase Orders)
  • Develop and deliver targeted training on ITP compliance to business leaders and teams
  • Work with Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams to draft distribution agreements supporting commercial strategy
  • Contribute to simplifying internal tools and procedures for ITP compliance
  • Maintain business relationships and partner cross-functionally to address needs and facilitate change
  • Act as a business partner to identify opportunities for strong compliance culture and risk reduction
  • Ensure alignment with laws, Code of Ethics, and standards by implementing global compliance policies
  • Lead local communication and training to foster integrity culture
  • Implement and monitor compliance programs across the zone
  • Provide responsive support to business on compliance requests
  • Coordinate Quarterly Zone Compliance Review Board (CRB): agenda, materials, minutes
