Requirements

  • Graduate/bachelor’s degree from a reputed University; Field of Study: Legal, Compliance
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare compliance
  • Has knowledge of Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Kickback, FWA, and other corporate compliance areas of focus
  • Experience with HIPAA & DPDPA (preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Research and documentation skills
  • Problem-Solving, Analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Ethics & Integrity: High ethical and moral standards
  • Knows how to handle confidential information and sensitive data

Responsibilities

  • Review global conflicts of interest, escalate as appropriate, and prepare the resulting metrics for review
  • Assist in overall compliance and risk monitoring activities such as compliance review for third party vendors
  • Support training. Enable surveys, analyze reports and collect data to design further training. Assist in educational events such as Compliance Week
  • Maintain updated knowledge of rules and regulations across the industry. Prepare reports and metrics regularly for the compliance team
  • Assist in policy review/updates
