Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in AML compliance and risk analysis, particularly within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of AML regulations, KYC procedures, and regulatory reporting requirements is essential, as is the ability to interpret and apply complex financial laws and guidelines.
The Senior Compliance & AML Risk Analyst will strengthen the risk management framework to meet AML and Compliance regulatory requirements as Addi transitions into a regulated financial entity, assisting in risk profiling, KYC due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews. They will also ensure effective PEP, Sanctions, and adverse media screening, maintain strong AML and Compliance practices, and optimize processes to improve counterparties risk assessment and ensure regulatory adherence.
