Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Administration, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
The Compliance Analyst will collaborate with product and marketing teams to support compliance efforts by gathering requirements and providing operational insights, assist in evaluating compliance requirements for new and existing products, conduct research and analysis of new and existing regulations, support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and controls, partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and test adherence to compliance policies, assist in designing and delivering compliance training materials, and contribute to the execution of compliance risk assessments.
