Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to assist the Region in meeting CAS sales and customer service objectives
  • Represent Medtronic CAS during ablations procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
  • Receive technical inquiries from customers and research solutions (e.g., catheter, console, generator support)
  • Conduct one-on-one training sessions for physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff
  • Deliver in-service education programs and seminars/symposiums
  • Assist the Regional Manager and field training department in educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
  • Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel
  • Update sales representatives on procedures and immediately notify the Account Manager of any issues requiring follow-up
  • Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
  • Understand national, regional, and territory sales objectives and work in partnership with the Account Manager to achieve and exceed goals
