Responsibilities

Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to assist the Region in meeting CAS sales and customer service objectives
Represent Medtronic CAS during ablations procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Receive technical inquiries from customers and research solutions (e.g., catheter, console, generator support)
Conduct one-on-one training sessions for physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff
Deliver in-service education programs and seminars/symposiums
Assist the Regional Manager and field training department in educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel
Update sales representatives on procedures and immediately notify the Account Manager of any issues requiring follow-up
Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
Understand national, regional, and territory sales objectives and work in partnership with the Account Manager to achieve and exceed goals
