Requirements

Deep data center expertise across multiple layers of the stack
Deep knowledge of AHEAD’s Enterprise Cloud Framework, including Cloud Management and Operations, Security, Datacenter Infrastructure, and Public Cloud
Expertise and industry credibility across more than one of these segments
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to act as a technical thought leader
Continuous education mindset for self, clients, and team resources
Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in one or more technologies
Recognition by the partner community to lead technical sales campaigns independently

Responsibilities

Assist Client Directors with formal technical presentations and technical design of AHEAD’s solutions and services
Lead all technical aspects of sales campaigns and hand off to consulting and services teams
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Design, architect, and consult on solutions for AHEAD clients
Partner with Client Directors to build cohesive account strategies
Identify potential technologies and vendors for accounts and drive strategy through sales campaigns
Lead client strategy, compare alternative approaches, build key relationships, and size/configure products
Position and leverage Subject Matter Experts (e.g., Practice Directors, Solution Principals, Specialists) to scale effectiveness
Provide insights on work effort and client engagement to track KPIs
Lead Technical Briefings and Lab Demonstrations to showcase AHEAD's value
Qualify and position consulting engagements and services
Provide coaching and mentoring to team resources to enhance solution knowledge, technical acumen, and pre-sales skills
Qualify sales opportunities based on client technical requirements, decision-making process, and funding
