Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, along with 8+ years of experience working as a Civil Engineer. They must hold Professional Engineer (PE) registrations and demonstrate advanced knowledge within the Civil Engineering discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD / Civil 3D, and MicroStation (preferred) is required, as well as report writing skills for creating civil evaluation and stormwater reports.

Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Engineer will engage in design production to ensure complete, quality, and timely deliverables, verifying field conditions and constructability of designs. They will assist in resolving problems during field construction, participate in short or long-term field assignments, and contribute to the pursuit of new clients and project opportunities through client interactions and proposal writing. Furthermore, they will provide mentorship to less experienced engineers and participate in other discipline workflow to complete projects effectively.
