Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Technical Analyst, with demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes and providing technical solutions. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and interpret complex technical issues.
The Senior Business Technical Analyst will provide accurate and timely technical information and advice to clients, responding to inquiries and suggesting solutions, including alternative products or services. They will undertake research and develop proposals for new solutions, maintain up-to-date documentation using databases, and participate in calls with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and communicate resolutions. Additionally, the role involves continuing education of the industry and systems, analyzing client-initiated changes, performing maintenance on accounts, and verifying system changes to ensure accuracy, while also building client relationships and advocating for client needs.
