Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience working with complex consumer data and a proven ability to independently analyze, interpret, and deliver insights that drive business decisions. Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments is required, along with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, self-direct priorities, and navigate without detailed instruction. Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, skilled in PowerPoint or Google Slides, and fluent in SQL for querying and transforming data are essential. Deep experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar, and hands-on experience with Databricks are also required. Experience with Python and/or R is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence and Reporting will be responsible for building, analyzing, and modeling Hiya’s current and future business results, providing impactful business insights and recommendations. This role involves leading Business Intelligence analysis for Hiya’s Go-to-Market revenue organization, developing executive-level dashboards, and automating business reporting processes. The analyst will also perform ad hoc analysis and data investigation to identify and explain business and marketing trends or anomalies, and collect, maintain, manage, interpret, and analyze data from internal and external sources.
