Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data science, engineering, business administration, economics, marketing, or law. Advanced SQL knowledge, business knowledge in a specific area or dealer exposure, excellent analytical skills, the ability to manipulate data and create meaningful visualizations, understanding of aftermarket services, and basic programming skills in any language (preferably Python) are required. Top candidates will also have experience with Tableau and any data visualization software, advanced programming skills (preferably Python), and product/application knowledge.

Responsibilities

The Lead Management Analyst will gather and implement business requirements for leads development, analyze feedback to improve lead quality, and provide business recommendations to internal partners based on data. Responsibilities include improving, enhancing, and developing specific datasets, driving process improvement and automation of the lead generation application, and coordinating with the Data & BI Team for user data support and training. The analyst will also explain lead management analytics to customers with limited data knowledge and interact with Data Engineers on technical details.
