  • Ability to authentically represent the Jordan Brand’s history and future in key communities and external partnerships
  • Consistently collaborative and open to the opinions and expertise of others
  • Leadership skills to set the vision, inspire the team, create strategy, run the process, and drive the business

Responsibilities

  • Obsess over connection with consumers who thrive in cultural alchemy, taking risks that reflect the mindset of today’s youth, shift the industry, and change the world
  • Identify and declare consumer-led concepts that solve problems consumers care about
  • Lead a cross-functional team inclusive of Geos to create the plan
  • Align global, sport, and geo teams against the strategy and concepts
  • Be an energy giver by leading the right way
  • Consistently communicate the clear global vision and strategy to achieve Brand objectives
  • Provide platforms for teams to do their best work, including weekly staff meetings, business meetings, and bi-annual team offsites
  • Establish and track clear seasonal objectives, aligned to vision and strategy
  • Partner with Sport (Category) and Geography leaders on key insights and learnings
  • Hold yourself and others accountable to execute the best plan possible
  • Be a leader for the Brand, internally and externally, every day
  • Focus on White Spaces segment of the Jordan Energy Offense, obsessing over strategic and seasonal work to drive relevance in new spaces and communities
