Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with CPQ, Billing, or Partner Portal preferred
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (Provar, Selenium, TestNG, or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of Apex testing, SOQL, APIs, and data validation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset)
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Administrator, or CPQ Specialist (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP integration testing (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Performance testing and API automation tools (Postman, REST Assured) (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Salesforce (UI, API, and integration testing)
  • Define and implement comprehensive test plans and regression strategies covering Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Partner Portal functionalities
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash, order management, and invoicing workflows
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and admins to understand requirements and define quality standards
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce releases
  • Ensure quality and consistency across Salesforce customizations, Flows, Apex, LWC, and integrations
  • Build and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar
  • Validate data integrity across systems (Salesforce, ERP, and middleware integrations)
  • Identify, log, and track defects; work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and automation maturity
  • Support release management and deployment validation activities across the sandbox and production environments
