- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4 SCM (MM, Distribution, QM, Production Planning)
- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA SCM configuration/customization
- Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SAP support contact for Operations (Materials Management, Distribution, Quality Management, Production Planning)
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4 Supply Chain Operations
- Provide leadership in SAP S/4HANA production support and problem resolution
- Liaise between SAP support teams and technical groups to resolve complex issues
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, change control, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
